Office Space to Rent around the World

Choosing a water cooler for your office

Water coolers come with many advantages. Firstly the water tends to be chilled. Some even come with the option of heating the water! Secondly, depending on what type you opt for, the water is of a better quality than standard tap water. There are two main types of water cooler. The first is a stand alone unit where water canisters are replaced each time they run out. The other type is plumbed in to the water mains and actually uses the buildings water supply. This can be cheaper as there is no need to constantly replace the canisters. These water coolers can also filter the water so the quality remains high. For this type of cooler you will need good access to the mains however. Costs Water coolers tend to be costed as follows; -A yearly charge for cleaning the equipment (this is necessary for health and safety reasons) -A monthly or quarterly charge for the equipment (this does not tend to be too high) -A charge for the water containers (usually between £5-£10 for 18 litres or so) A water cooler is non-essential but will enhance your office space.
